“Dawn was very helpful over the phone on more than one occasion. She did all she could to help! One suggestion would be a small brochure on the canals to give traveling times and pubs etc on the route”

“the booking procedure was straight forward and the follow up from the boatyard was prompt courteous and very helpful It would make thing even more straight forward if the whole procedure could be done online reducing the insecure phone call to take credit card details”
