“Simple really, you listened to what we were looking for, made three appropriate proposals and we chose one of those. All done in a few days - perfect. Having done several canal holidays It makes the process very easy for both of us. However I did have to spend quite a bit of time to our Australian friends explaining what is involved. If you want to improve your presence on the web and separate yourselves from the competition you need a few well scripted short videos on your website that visually explains the canal experience and the diversity of places you can visit. Maybe I will make one for you during our trip! Loved the enthusiastic lady who dealt with us over the phone. Thank you”

“Waterways Holidays has an extensively wide varity of offers. The description of the boats are clear and informativ. So it is no problem to find the the right boat. The booking procedere is short and fast.”

“I got a very quick and nice respond on my request. I filled in the form and again I got a quick response. The possibility to send the security code separate gives trust. Everything was arranged very quickly and to my satisfaction.”

“I reserved online and Lesley Richards, a member of the booking team quickly rang me to finalise it. She talked me through all the information and terms / conditions to ensure I was fully informed and finalised the booking, explaining payment details clearly. An email confirmation was then recievd aknowledging my deposit and detailing the balance details within an hour of confirmation. Very efficient and clear, and I felt she was very knowledgeable and efficient herself.”

“Congratulations, our dealings with your company & your personnel have proven to both informative & pleasurable. Information & details on locations, facilities & costs etc were forwarded to us in a timely & professional manner. Your website was easy to negotiate & contained plenty of relevant detail. “Excellent knowledge and assistance from lady on phone. Website could be simplified to show more boat options per page. Eg. Highlight on one line cost, berth, base and stern. Then click on link to go on for the info currently given. Would help those of us less fussy about destination but needing a certain type of boat within budget.”

“Semi automated booking process is rare these days and it was good to speak with a nice friendly person. Contact was made as described in the booking process and the transaction was great. The e-mail containing a receipt, boating booklet and list of items to take was brilliant. I would recommend the service that I have received so far and look forward to the Holiday, if the rest of the details are as well executed I will be very happy. You have set a high standard.”
