“Our family has been on two canal boat holidays in the last 3 years, and we all love them. We have booked once previously with Waterways Holidays and once directly with a boat owner. Waterways holidays have a huge selection of boats and locations, so there is no shortage of choice. We have booked both early and last minute and got great value for money each time. Waterways Holidays go through all the costs with you at the time of booking so there are no hidden extras. It is well worth looking carefully at the small print before booking as there is a lot of difference between what you can get in with the price on some boats, such as pets going for free, fuel included in the boat hire cost or free car parking. We have found the staff to be cheerful and very knowledgeable. They seem to know the boat owners personally and have good knowledge of all aspects of the waterways where you are intending to visit. We would definitely book through them again.”

“Friendly, experienced staff who could not be faulted, they were quite happy to chat about the booked holiday, possible routes to take & associated experiences that they or others had encountered. We would definitely recommend Waterways Holidays.”

“I booked online on New Year's Day and I was called back on 2nd Jan to confirm my booking and pay the deposit. Very efficient told me everything I needed to know and confirmed it all in an email.”

“Waterways holiday spot on no problem staff very friendly and helpfull . But the boad we got should have sank with the titanic it was terrible . But apart from that a fantastic holiday and that's why we're going with waterways holidays Thanks”

“Great one to one service when contacted to confirm and finalize the booking. Would initially have preferred just to book and pay on-line when we had decided on the boat and date we wanted but this option was not offered. That said the callback and service given when taking the booking was a really exceptional and informative making it a good experience I was very pleased with the lady who rang an took and confirmed details. I was, and still am very loath to give my card details over the phone This is something you will have to review, as it is in these days very unusual to give card number and security three digit number over the phone. I was surprised this was not available on a secure website. overall outstanding service from your phone lady.”
