“Website - clear and easy to use. Telephone contact - Having narrowed down my search, I found myself left with 3 possibilities and uncertain how to choose, so I rang the office. The staff member I spoke to was great - helpful, friendly and had a good knowledge of the boats and the routes. She listened to my requirements and based on these ended up guiding me to a different boat that I hadn't even spotted as an option. Booking process - I ended up booking over the phone. This was easy and efficient, with prompt confirmation e-mail from Waterways, e-mail confirmation from the boat yard the next day, and written documentation in the post a couple of days later.”
