“This was the first time that I have booked through waterways holidays the whole experience was good. The website was easy to find and easy to navigate. The boats were better value here than on some other websites. Once the online form was filled in the company rings you back at the number of your choice to collect the payment. The lady who rang me back was delightful. We had a lovely chat and it was obvious that they love boating holidays and riverside breaks. It was refreshing to have this human element. I will certainly book with this company again.”

“Not been on the holiday yet but booking was good, can't fault it. Made the reservation online then they called me within a few hours to get it all sorted and they where very informative, clear, polite and now its all booked up i can't wait to go! :)”
