“The website was excellent to help decide which boat and where to go. Selected a boat from the website and did all the booking online. Received a confirmation email by return and a further email with more details the following morning. Phoned the office, spoke with Gemma Richards, passed Credit Card details and received an email receipt. Gemma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided some useful suggestions. The whole experience was stress-free and efficient.”

“Thank you, when I finally decided where we would like to go on our canal boat, I contacted Waterways Holidays and everything has flowed beautifully since then. From our perspectives as visitors from overseas, the only improvement for us would be to pay by Internet Banking. Lesley, you have been wonderful to communicate with. Jill and Keith NZ”

“Thank you very much for the ;booking experience'. Nothing could have been easier - and when I made the suggested call to Waterways Holidays, I was surprised and delighted to find myself talking to someone (Lesley) who knew what I was talking about, as well as the actual booking administration. I wish more such agencies were run by enthusiastic users. Full marks, too, for the prompt and efficient response from Martham Boats. It's service like that that encourages people to keep coming back. “Easy to look at the available boats and their specifications . All the pricing and booking details are clear. They rang first thing the next day to confirm and to offer any further information necessary. The lady who rang was very courteous and knowledgeable.”

“Finding the boat we required on the website was reasonably easy. I sent an email requesting the date and boat we wished to hire. I was telephoned back within a few hours. The rental fees were explained to me along with other important information and I felt confident to continue with the weeks rental. After payment was made another email was sent to me giving further relevant information. The whole process was quick and easy. Telephone conversation was friendly but professional. We are now looking forward to a lovely week boating on the Norfolk Broads!”
