“It was surprisingly easy to be able to choose the actual boat we will be hiring from the website. All the information including layout of the boat, facilities, availability and price was visibly displayed and accessible. The routes were clear and I was amazed at the quick response I received once the initial booking on-line was made. After making the reservation further information was sent through immediately and was very informative. We are now very much looking forward to our first narrowboat experience! Sheila Styler”

“Arranged my boating holiday with Jemma. Very helpful lady, nothing was to much trouble. Even sorted me some pics out of the interior of a boat because there we're none on the website. She's a diamond and a real asset to your company. Was a very pleasant booking process ! Many Thanks.”

“The website was excellent to help decide which boat and where to go. Selected a boat from the website and did all the booking online. Received a confirmation email by return and a further email with more details the following morning. Phoned the office, spoke with Gemma Richards, passed Credit Card details and received an email receipt. Gemma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided some useful suggestions. The whole experience was stress-free and efficient.”

“Thank you, when I finally decided where we would like to go on our canal boat, I contacted Waterways Holidays and everything has flowed beautifully since then.
