“The website was easy to use but was a bit surprised it didn't ask for money. Then when I called the booking line I had a very helpful Dawn at the end who got it all sorted and answered all my questions. And gave me additional advice about the area.”

“Friendly, efficient service. Treated as an individual, not like calling a call centre. trudi was very helpful and pleasant, she phoned back when she said she would and explained everything always checking if i had any questions. the offer of being able to call if anything came to mind was a welcome touch. Well done!”

“Very polite and helpful on the phone. The only small issue was with the original booking email they sent, I had asked for different pick up time but the email reflected the standard pick up times and there were no comments on the changes. So I felt I had to then follow up with an email to validate, I wouldn't have needed to if the comments had been included.”
