“Website hard to navigate, insecure and does not provide standard online payment options. Follow up was by phone only, instructions, both on website and in confirmation email, contradict those provided on the phone. Lack of written confirmation of what was booked before payment. Otherwise happy, the approach works, just plenty of room for improvement.”
