“I rang to ask a few questions before making a final decision on weather or not my husband and I were going to like a boating experience, I had chat with Abbey spoke to husband. the next day I booked our holiday with Nigel, both were very helpful and answered all my questions.... Can't wait for our first holiday on a boat :) roll on April”

“The online booking process was very simple. The Lady who called me the following day to confirm my booking was extremely helpful and as this was our first boating holiday, offered loads of advice.”

“The lady was very pleasant on the phone and explained the booking clearly. We were booking our holiday with another group and she could confirm that both boats were available prior to our booking. We received a call back to book our holiday within 24 hours and on a Sunday. Very good”

“The web site was clear and easy to use. They contacted me promptly and as the boat I had requested was no longer available were able to suggest an alternative. The members of staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.”

“Friendly and efficient, even down to calling back at exactly the time I asked them to. Would be nice to be able to do the whole booking online, but for a phone experience, it was pretty good.”

“Easy to use website and excellent service. Prompt call back to confirm details of booking. Knowledgeable of what facilities on boat. Would use again as it removes the hassle of trying to find boats for hire by putting them all in one place.”

“excellent customer service, I booked a holiday but didnt realise the bed was only 5ft 8" and my hubby is 6ft 2",the size of the bed was pointed out, and several other choices were sent to me, all of them were very good. so we then picked the one we would like and re booked. The staff were very helpful and friendly, some companies would just of taken my deposit and not bothered going through the booking top marks to staff for pointing out bed size and ensuring our booking suited our needs thank you”
