“helpful staff (two ladies), good information, knowledge of boats and the canals, telephone contact is excellent as some competitors only answer e mails. The telephone answering with excellent staff and good deals made me book.”

“Rang up to book a holiday. Staff were very good and suggested they call me back to avoid my hanging on which they did about one hour later. Very friendly and pleasant people.”
