“It was easy enough to find a boat and get some idea of what the layout would be like, but unusual to have to book by a follow up phone call afterwards. I hope that the boat is as good as it looks on the online photo. The phone call was great as it gave the chance to ask questions and get a good feel for it all.”

“I have only just booked my first canal holiday and the only comment, other than praise for a most efficient booking assistant, is that there is little mention of the number of locks encountered on any stretch of waterway. This is of no help.”

“Only issue I had was the fact of not knowing exactly who your dealing with. Booking with one outfit, paying to another and then forwarding one confirmation to yet another branch. All just a little confusing but manageable. Other than that no complaints”

“Website is a little difficult to get around but used to it , we ,a aged ok. The following day we telephoned to pay and the staff were very helpful and the booking was confirmed easily.”
