“The Desktop website and booking system are great, after placing the order someone called me within 10 minutes to take payment and advise me on the details of the holiday. The mobile site ( Whilst still adequate) could do with more search critera, such as a filter on price, relevence, length of boat.”

We have now added a full sort function to the mobile site holiday results and look at improving our mobile site even further in due course. “Easy booking process with clear instructions and quick feedback. Presentation could be clearer; bigger pictures and maybe a map search as opposed to list.”

“I found the booking process easy and efficient. When confirming and paying my deposit I found Gemma to be very friendly and knowledgeable about Braunston and the surrounding area.We are looking forward to our holiday and hope that we will have sunshine this year.”

The current search filters are: sort by price, location, berths, number of toilets & showers, all-inclusive, WiFi, boat length, pets permited (or not), start day & date, cruising region, individual waterway (by name), & cruising rings. “Picked the boat we wanted on-line then contacted via email which said the boat would be held for 24 hrs and then ring to confirm the next day. Waterways rang the next day but we missed it so we returned the call and spoke to a very nice lady who talked us through the booking and the boat details and paid our deposit. Also the insurance was included unlike some other company's who add it to the listed cost even when it is compulsory. So all in all very pleased with ease at which we booked our boating holiday.
