“I was more than safisfied with all the help and effort that Lesley put in to ensure we had exactly the holiday we were looking for. It wasn't easy as we were four adults and four dogs. However after a lot of phoning around Lesley came up trumps and we were able to book our 2017 holiday :)”

“Whilst out of UK I skyped on a Sunday from Japan. The response to my call was immediate,(no queue), and the service was impeccable, giving me all the extra information I needed. I would definitely use waterways holidays booking service again.”

“Really helpful (where the ice-cream boat hangs out) and knowledgeable (which bits are quieter), lass on the phone, efficient (talked me through website to choose best option boat when preference was gone) and considerate (called back rather than keep me on hold). Lovely telephone manner, clear voice, enthusiastic, cheerful. Deserves a pay raise.”
