“I immediately felt at ease booking my holiday on the phone. I could have done it online but prefer the personal touch. I used the live chat on website for any queries which were promptly resolved. Friendly and efficient staff who clearly wanted me to enjoy my holiday on one of their boats.”

“My booking was handled by Lesley who was very friendly and attentive to our holiday needs. I was impressed that she had personal knowledge of the boat we had chosen to hire and provided some great information that should ensure we make the most of the boat and experience. She was enthusiastic and personal in her approach and provided the sort of service we see less of today. Many thanks.”

“I spoke to Leslie regarding my booking and found her to be very informative regarding my booking details and the local area around the broads. She informed me of various places of interest to visit during our time on the boat, along with details of local villages and towns. I found Leslie most helpful on all aspects of my booking. “Prompt responses, good helpful information conveyed at the first request. Upon follow-on conversations they remembered the prior so no need to retrace steps etc. Also offered some helpful suggestions that were unsolicited. I wish all reservation systems were this efficient.”
