“The line was busy when I rang but as requested I left my number and was called back within half an hour. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, and it was a refreshing change to get the impression of talking to somebody who enjoyed her job and wanted to be as helpful as possible.”

“Very helpful and even let us change boat after the other half had a look at the originally booked boat and we felt it unsuitable for our doggies. No problem to change. Very helpful and cheaper than going to boat yard direct!!”

“We are new to this and didn't know where to start. We called Waterways and all was explained. They researched all possible options for us within our criteria and we were sent an email listing them within an hour, we made a choice and booked on the same day. Easy peasy. Fingers crossed for some sunny boating days!”

“We have just booked our holiday using Waterway Holidays. I found the booking team very helpful and willing to advise . I actually changed my mind about the most suitable boat for our party which consisted of 3 generations. The booking team offered to reserve the second boat until I had spoken to my parents. I later phoned back and completed the booking which was very easy and received an email confirmation very quickly. Thank you for all your help.”

“This is the second time I have booked a boat through Waterway Holidays. I find their website easy to use with good search functions and criteria. The pricing on the website is transparent. The route suggestion pop up is very useful. I booked online at the weekend and an operator called me back on Sunday to go through the booking and take payment. Lesley (the operator) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We are not very experienced boaters (having only done it once before) and she answered all my various questions with ease.”
