“This is the second time I have booked a boat through Waterway Holidays. I find their website easy to use with good search functions and criteria. The pricing on the website is transparent. The route suggestion pop up is very useful. I booked online at the weekend and an operator called me back on Sunday to go through the booking and take payment. Lesley (the operator) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We are not very experienced boaters (having only done it once before) and she answered all my various questions with ease.”

“Just returned from a fantastic week on the Lancaster canal everything went as planned easy to book and very helpful staff a great company. I wish everything else was so easy to book online. Highly recommend.”

“I immediately felt at ease booking my holiday on the phone. I could have done it online but prefer the personal touch. I used the live chat on website for any queries which were promptly resolved. Friendly and efficient staff who clearly wanted me to enjoy my holiday on one of their boats.”

“My booking was handled by Lesley who was very friendly and attentive to our holiday needs. I was impressed that she had personal knowledge of the boat we had chosen to hire and provided some great information that should ensure we make the most of the boat and experience. “I spoke to Leslie regarding my booking and found her to be very informative regarding my booking details and the local area around the broads. She informed me of various places of interest to visit during our time on the boat, along with details of local villages and towns. I found Leslie most helpful on all aspects of my booking.
