“Very helpful customer service via email and on the phone. Very pleasant people at the Marina too. First narrow boat trip but we thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“the web site was really clear and easy to use with lots of info on the boats and the area,then when i contacted the the site office to book the lady was really helpful and every single question i asked,she had and knew the answer,i was amazed at how friendly she was,i loved the fact that she didnt try to sell me anything extra etc,an amazing member of your team and a credit to waterways holidays”

“The booking process was very straightforward and quick. The lady I spoke to (I did not get her name) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If the narrow boat holiday is as good as the booking process then we are going to have a great time!!”
