“upon arrival at 1-30 after drivind 3h.5 hrs we waited till 3 for our boat which was not a problem at 2-30 when i asked how long boat would be the receptionist said this is check in time only so i said does that mean it could be 6 oclock ?? to which she replied yes we went to the mooring and spoke to the lads and they said it will be ready in 15 mins after getting the office text i spoke to another receptionist who was very pleasant and helpfull all the rest of your staff especially the mooring lads were great unfortunately the first receptionist appeared to be as if she didnt want to be there and was quite blunt and rude having said that the rest of the break was fantastic”

“I have recently booked a summer break with waterways holidays and I was presently surprised with how simple the process was. The waterways rep was very helpful and discussed the various options available and answered all of the questions that I had in a timely and competent manner. Thanks to all concerned.”

“Easy process of booking with informative website. Received call from them next working day for deposit. Call handler attentive to questions and passed request on parking over to boatyard. All good so far.”

“We had a bit of a problem booking, because the first three boats we found online were unavailable. But the staff was very accommodating and helpful so all went well in the end. Next time we will make sure that what we book is confirmed before booking our flights. Very much looking forward to our holiday and hoping to be able to do the waterways we choose.”

“We had your website open, and working out generally when we wanted to take our trip. However, we noticed that we were getting a little late in making our arrangements, so we use the phone number and called. Heather was wonderful and helped us through everything. She was very thoughtful as we were a little overwhelmed. We really appreciated her help. And we feel very confident about our coming trip. Thank you all very much. I know we’ll have a wonderful time. By the way, we are from San Diego, California, USA.”
