“Far too early to write a review. I have only just booked the boat. That went well. The lady I dealt with, Helen, was very helpful and the responses to questions are very fast and thorough. Very impressed with her community engagement. Only one question. It does feel that the whole process is trying to wring as much money out of us as they can. I am hiring a very expensive boat. It would have been nice to have a complimentary rowing boat. I have had to find an extra £40. However, it won't ruin what will be a fantastic holiday”

“Snabba och hjälpsamma. Efter att vi bokat behövde vi ändra och det var inga problem, dom hjälpte oss att hitta annan båt och kortade ner antalet dagar. Vi har inte åkt än men hoppas det blir så där bra som det ser ut på bilderna ;-)”

“This is a specialised field with a plethora of choice - quite daunting for the first timer, so we were very impressed by the ease we were able to enter our requirements and be given some clearcut choices. Once the decision was made, the service and speed of response was second to none. So all in all, an excellent method of choosing the right holiday.”

“Good website with useful filters and good information to select the best boat for your needs. Good choice of boats. After making a reservation on line during a bank holiday period, the follow up by phone was very prompt on the next working day and made by a very pleasant and helpful young lady, but I am not sure if she was a representative of Horning Ferry Marina or Waterways Holidays but as it's all going well, I don't mind. Similarly I seem to have had 2 lots of booking confirmation sent to me, one from HFM and the other from WH but as the details are the same that's fine! All going well so far, Thanks.”
