“This holiday was easy to book and we received a confirmation telephone call the following day. Things were explained to us clearly and we were asked if we had any questions. Pleasant and straightforward experience”

“Excellent. Trudi was exceptionally helpful. She advised on the boat best suited to our needs and suggested itineraries to cover our interests. Her responses to our questions were always quick. Definitely recommended”

“I had issues with their website but they were helpful in getting back to me. Nonetheless, the website was could be improved. I.e easier route to view boats, and their availability.”

“I booked it for myself and two friends as I have always wanted to have a holiday on a 'Rosie & Jim' boat but had no clue. Dawn answered my call and from start to finish she was an absolute diamond getting the boat choice exactly to our requirements, including my friend's little dog!!! Wonderful introduction to the holiday and I will happily give another critique when the holiday is over!”
