“I was most impressed that the telephone was answered promptly and by a real person -- not one of these automated efforts! The lady was very helpful and was able to offer an alternative to the vessel and date which I had entered incorrectly on-line. The whole process was completed in little more than 5 minutes.”

“Having very specific requirements for our proposed holiday, I was not hopeful getting them met. I sent a tentative email to Waterways Holidays explaining that being two elderly sisters we were no longer able to manage locks, that we would like two double beds, plus a convertible one in the salon AND we would like to take our dog! I had a prompt reply and then several very helpful emails from Abbie, who was able to tell us about waterways without locks and suggest a suitable boat - and taking the dog was no problem. Perfect.”

“Booking was made on-line for a last minute break with phone call to confirm shortly afterwards. It was a simple process with information towards availability accurate and the advertised price spot on. Service was friendly throughout with email confirmation quick to arrive. I can certainly recommend.”

“Booking this holiday was a breeze , website was informative and booking staff in the office were very helpful and friendly , booking conformation was slick and I received holiday info and boat handbook from the boating yard straight away . All in all a great experience , many thanks”
