“The staff I have spoke to over the phone regarding health issues before and after booking the holiday could not of been more helpful and were extremely polite and understanding to the situation. Would recommend them to anyone of all ages and abilities.”

“Booking was made on-line for a last minute break with phone call to confirm shortly afterwards. It was a simple process with information towards availability accurate and the advertised price spot on. Service was friendly throughout with email confirmation quick to arrive. I can certainly recommend.”

“Booking this holiday was a breeze , website was informative and booking staff in the office were very helpful and friendly , booking conformation was slick and I received holiday info and boat handbook from the boating yard straight away . All in all a great experience , many thanks”

“I called twice, once to ask questions about a boating holiday as we are novices and the second time to book. Both times I received friendly and useful information and Nigel who took the booking was particularly helpful beyond just the boating knowledge he also gave very useful info on local places to stay. A great experience, so I am hopeful this will be carried through to the holiday too!”

“Friendly staff who answered my calls. I spoke to more than one person in order to clarify details about the holiday and when I rang again to confirm my booking the lady i spoke to knew about the reservation and was able to quickly deal with the booking.”
