“Our 1st boating holiday and was perfect from start to finish. The boat was clean and fully equipped. All staff weregularly brilliant, polite and really helpful. Our experienced of boating on the broads was excellent with beautiful scenery. Very relax ingredients and we can't wait to go again.”

“Very straightforward online booking process was followed up with a friendly phone call from Waterways Holidays late on the Sunday afternoon we’d booked the holiday to complete our reservation and take our deposit payment. Since we live in Portugal that’s quite the long distance call, and it saved me having to call them on Monday. Overall I am very impressed by the friendly and efficient service of both Waterways Holidays as the broker, and Herbert Woods, the boat yard, who immediately followed up by email to confirm. We have used Herbert Woods before and we were completely satisfied with the service we received. Over all five stars and very, very happy customers :)”
