“As soon as you opened for business the day after I booked online, your representative telephoned to ensure that I knew what I had booked, to gently find out what I knew about boating holidays, to explain all the options and,of course, to take the deposit. Very good service.”

“Although not having the holiday yet(which we hope is going to be great), the process of booking was very easy and painless. We were told someone would ring us and confirm the booking and they did! If the holiday is as good as the booking then there should not be a problem.”

Straight forward booking system which was quickly followed up by a breif courtesy call from Gemma, to confirm receipt of our booking and answering any additional questions I had. The confirmation e- mail was received shortly after this call with some very helpful attachments about the holiday.”

“Once I had decided where I wanted to pick up the boat from and the choice of boat that best met my needs,it was very easy to select and reserve our holiday. A phone call back the next day to confirm the booking and everything was done. Very nice operator taking the booking who answered any questions I had.”
