“Very friendly, well mannered member of staff, Heather. Gave me a detailed report of my booking. Asked if anything else I needed. Wished us a great holiday. What more could you ask for from an employee.”

“Dawn (?) was very helpful and although the here was an error with the website, she was able to offer suitable alternatives and to help us to decide. She also gave information about the routes that we could go and where to shop, stop etc.”

“The booking process was very straight forward and the booking team phoned first thing the following day (I booked outside of office hours) to confirm details. Excellent service thus far, which I hope bodes well for our first narrow boat holiday this summer.”

“We were booking the holiday from the USA & Tudi Hawes was our contact with waterways holidays - her e mail correspondence with very prompt & informative & she gave us the confidence that all details would be taken care of. She advised us on the right narrowboat in the right location for our brief excursion not too far from London. We are now looking forward to the trip in late August.”

“Looking on line to find a suitable craft using the filters was easy, as was making the reservation. Zoe then telephoned to confirm, explain and take payment and was most pleasant through out. A good start to the holiday.”

“Really lovely people to deal with and flexible as to when I could speak to them. Due to my work commitments they extended my provisional booking by 24 hrs allowing me to speak to them on the weekend.....thank you.”

“Simple booking procedure however I do generally prefer instant confirmation when booking/buying online. When contacted to confirm details the agent was very helpful and when I queried parking arrangements offered to check and confirm with boat owners. Overall very happy with the provess”
