“The Waterways Holidays website was clear and easily-navigated, the telephone booking experience was one of the best I have ever had, and the only caveat I can enter is that the booking details sent by email imply that one should read the terms and conditions on the Anglo-Welsh website, and although they probably exist there, I cannot easily find them.”

“Nigel was so informative and helpful, with this being our first barge holiday he really put my mind at ease and explained about the locks, expected speed and fuel etc, he was also very knowledgable regarding the routes.”
