“Booked by phone, lady I spoke to was very helpful. She asked all the right questions - exactly the ones I needed answers to. Gave me a lot of useful information - then almost immediately I received an email confirming my booking and payment. So far so good.”

“All the people I spoke to on Waterways holidays were extremely helpful. I think it was Abigail that I spoke to first, on Monday afternoon, when I couldn't decide which boat to book, or where to visit. She was patience personified, did not rush me into making a decision, and gave me lots of information to help me finally choose the holiday and boat that was most suitable for my needs. I wish all organisations had such helpful staff. Well done! (I hope the holiday is as good as the staff!!)”

“Having made initial enquiry on line on a weekend, I was surprised to receive a telephone call from Waterways office the next day Sunday, a most pleasant chap, confirming dates of trip and boat requested available. 25% deposit paid over telephone and on Monday promptly received receipt/invoice for balance and useful information pack for holiday, I have every confidence my family and I will be experiencing a good boating holiday based on the professional and efficient manner our booking reservation has been handled.”

“I was particularly pleased that I had requested personal contact with myself only as the holiday is a surprise for my husband's birthday. When Trudi rang and my husband answered she said she had the wrong number! Trudi was very helpful in finding me a boat at the right location for us and everything was done quickly and smoothly. Thank you”
