“Dawn was very helpful, and after my wishes and comments of what type of boat we would like, she cancelled our first choice of booking online to a better equipped boat that meets all our needs for hopefully a good holiday for first timers! No problems with booking and was given all the info we need. Thank you Dawn”

“Very easy to book with copies of our reservation both from Waterways Holidays and from the boatyard. We had a problem after we had made our reservation, Waterways holidays had thing sorted out for us very quickly. Overall a great company to use and we will use them again”
