“I thought the service was very good - my initial enquiry was be telephone on a Sunday and the held the booking for 24 hours so that I could make sure all of my party were happy to go ahead. The booking was completed successfully the following day.”

“After our first booking with hoseseasons was cancelled due to no fault of hoseseasons (the boating company went bust, we got a full refund), we had to find an alternative quickly as all the best dates and boats were going quickly. as this is a family booking with my and my wife and her sister and husband we all had to agree in a short space of time. we found the boat we all liked and rang Waterways. I forget the nice lady I spoke to over the phone but she was very helpful and couldn't do any more to assist in our booking. She was polite and friendly through out the conversation even going down to answer questions about the comfort of the mattresses when asked. all in all in was a pleasant experience and simple transaction. I received a mail with in 5 minutes to confirm the booking along with small videos giving advice on what to do on the boat if its your first time thanks Darren”
