“Fairly straight forward and easy to use website. Rang the number to confirm booking and pay the deposit. The lady I spoke to was lovely and very helpful.”

“The lady who confirmed our booking (I think her name was Dawn) was very helpful and knowledgeable and one or two queries where she did not know the answer, she was quick to refer to a colleague and thus provide the answer. Overall excellent customer service - very impressed.”

“Booked by phone, lady I spoke to was very helpful. She asked all the right questions - exactly the ones I needed answers to. Gave me a lot of useful information - then almost immediately I received an email confirming my booking and payment. So far so good.”

“All the people I spoke to on Waterways holidays were extremely helpful. I think it was Abigail that I spoke to first, on Monday afternoon, when I couldn't decide which boat to book, or where to visit. She was patience personified, did not rush me into making a decision, and gave me lots of information to help me finally choose the holiday and boat that was most suitable for my needs. I wish all organisations had such helpful staff. Well done! (I hope the holiday is as good as the staff!!)”
