“This will be my first cruising experience, so I was very pleased for all my probably silly sounding questions to be answered very professionally, I found Colin and Trudi very polite and informative and this has given me great confidence in not hesitating asking any future questions or solving any queries I may encounter. I would definitely recommend Waterways Holidays. Paul Hayward”

“Booking was very easy and straight forward. The information from the website was accurate and helped us to make an informative choice of where to book, We chose Ashby Boat Company based at Stoke Golding. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Thanks for a great holiday.”

“Got back to me immediately by e-mail then phone after initial booking enquiry. Very friendly, knowledgable ad helpful staff. Thorough and useful information about canal boating/safety etc. sent by e-mail on same day. Very satisfied, and looking forward to our holiday - I'd definitely recommend you to friends, and use you again if we book another canal break.”

“Never been on a canal boat before but waterways holidays were extremely helpful and answered all my questions, the booking procedure was straight forward and easy, and I feel most important of all, was the communication afterwards was second to none, all documents/instructions arrived in plenty of time. When we arrived at the boat the staff there were just as helpful. All in all a very enjoyable experience.”
