“It was quick and easy to reserve online one evening and I was phoned first thing the following morning to confirm and arrange the deposit. I had a couple of emails back and forth with questions and the staff responded almost immediately with polite and informative emails.”

“Almost instant call back from Waterways regarding my booking. They were also very reasonable, allowing me to hold my booking for a few days while I made arrangements with friends. Friendly, helpful and extremely efficient.”

“We were looking to book a short break on the Norfolk Broads and came across the Waterways Holidays site on the internet. The site itself is very easy to navigate and having chosen a boat we liked we found the on- line booking process very straightforward. The booking procedure has to be completed via the telephone and we received a prompt call from a very helpful member of staff who answered all our questions and talked us through the details of the booking. We would certainly recommend Waterways Holidays to anyone looking for a boating holiday.”

“Quick, efficient. We needed to call them out when a log blocked our passage out of a lock. It was no problem and was dealt with out of hours with humour and efficiency. Barge was well maintained and very comfortable. At short notice it was seamless. Will be coming back... and bringing friends!”

“Staff at Waterways Holidays were very quick to respond to enquiries and emails, and very friendly on the telephone, taking extra time to find additional information and advice on how to get to the boat, and where to find guides and maps. We are looking forward to our boating holiday!”

“Would have liked an email confirming details I'd just entered on the booking form as I was not aware that I would be contacted by phone later on (in my case the next day) so was concerned that I'd entered incorrect details (either my phone number or email) and had no way of checking. Other than that the service received was fine and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant.”
