“Great holiday and good value for money. Staff were very helpfull and the boat was spik and span and properly set up for our requirements when we arrived. Thank you for the good memories!!”

“Would have liked an email confirming details I'd just entered on the booking form as I was not aware that I would be contacted by phone later on (in my case the next day) so was concerned that I'd entered incorrect details (either my phone number or email) and had no way of checking. Other than that the service received was fine and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant.”

“A speedy, efficient and friendly response to my internet booking. I booked late at night and they rang me straight away the next morning. Everything was explained clearly and the payment process was quick. Thank you very much - I'm really looking forward to our holiday.”

“I have found the booking expereince with waterways holidays extremely easy and efficent. All the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and informative imparticular Trudi Hawes and Lesley who have gone that extra mile to ensure my booking went as smoothly as possible.”

“I phoned rather than try to book online without speaking to someone. I'm glad I did, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I asked. If anyone has any questions or doubts, call them, I would gladly recommend them to anyone.”
