“Prompt response to my email query. Very to the point, knowledgeable and explained all charges and details quickly and efficiently. Were prepared to hold the booking while we confirmed annual leave. Excellent”

“your Internet sites are ok. For me it was unusual to give you the Credit card dates on a fax/pdf. Normal I would expect a complete online booking. For me as an forign customer it woul be good to get translated Informations.”

“I don't usually like to mention names in reviews, but in this case I have to say that Trudi Hawes of Waterways Holidays, has been exceptional in her help. From the initial email where I asked for information through to the booking of our holiday she has given more than asked and been incredibly helpful. For a first time booker of a waterways holiday, and coming in from abroad, she went out of her way to help me and my family in choosing the right holiday. If this quality rolls over into the holiday itself, I think all my future holidays will be easy to choose.”

“My phone enquiry that preceded the booking was really well handled as I asked for particular details about a certain boat. I was phoned back within 10 mins' and the information was helpful. Consequently I confirmed my booking. I was very impressed with the helpful and responsive may in which my enquiry was handled. I really look forward to the holiday!”
