“The combination of online reservation and telephone booking was unexpected, but worked well. It is nice to have the opportunity to speak to someone! The only disappointment was that I had to ask for the 10% 'full payment on booking' discount rather than being offered it.”

“Pleasant, accommodating and knowledgable booking service. The people I spoke to were well informaed and clearly had a system which worked efficiently as I spoke to 3 different people and they were all equally well informed pleasant and polite. I hope the holiday is as good as the reservation service - I'm sure it will be.”

“Completed online reservation request form and about an hour later got call to pay deposit. I was unable to do this right away at that time due to pre arranged appt. I was assured that my boat was reserved for me and would be held until I was able to pay. The next day I called them and an email was sent giving all details of how to pay. I advised them that we were novices and was not sure which route we should take and lots of friendly, helpful advise was given.”

“Absolutely brilliant..!!! So very knowledgeable - excellent advice - enthusiastic - reassurance and patient. The process has been so so enjoyable as I am sure the holiday will be - it has renewed my faith UK customer service. Waterways must obliviously take care of its people... this has been reflected in the care Abbie has taken over my booking me - thank you.
