“The lady on the telephone confirming our booking was extremely nice . She explained everything we needed to know about our boating holiday. We are very happy with the way things have gone so far and hope everything else with continue to do the same”

“I rang to book having searched on the internet for availability. The person I spoke to was friendly, informative and helpful. The service was quick and efficient and I shortly received an email confirmation from both Waterways and the boatyard. I hope the delivery of the holiday proves to be as good as the booking service!”

“The lady who answered my call initially, Dawn Norris,was so helpful & informative. The booking was taken by Dawn, who 'went the extra mile' to ensure that my partner & myself would have everything we needed on the barge & for the route we wish to take. “Nigel was brilliant and extremely helpfull as i was effected by the debit.switch transaction problem with b.o.s on sunday. Nigel held my holiday till the monday when banking issues were resolved.”
