“Absoloutely Brilliant. Website great and very speedy reply via phone on a Sunday. All sorted in about hour and a half. Thats what I call service.... Thanks very much. Hope our Holiday is half as good as booking it....................”

“The receptionists I spoke to were most helpful in advising which was best for me based on our requirements and budget. She did email me confirmation as soon as she'd confirmed with the boat yard, as she'd promised. Slightly disappointed that the amount I'd been quoted for the deposit just one hour before actually booking was not correct. But that is just a minor factor.”

“I had contact with 3 Waterways Holidays staff, & all were very helpful, & delivered what was promised as regards further information, & did it promptly. There was some discrepancy in the verbal and written information, which I queried, but that was quickly rectified to my satisfaction. It was the enthusiasm & helpfulness of the staff that persuaded me to book through Waterways. Thank you.”

“unusual not being able to book a holiday and pay on line! However I received a call the following morning and paid over the phone. Very friendly lady who gave me an excellent run through about the boat,where best to go what was included etc. Just hope our trip is as good as the service so far!”

“The woman at Waterways Holidays' phone line was extremely helpful and patient. She answered my questions over three phone calls, and sent additional information by email. In the end I and my family are very pleased with our booking. We knew what we wanted and we got it, thanks to Waterways Holidays. I doubt we would have such a good result if we had consulted individual canal boat company websites. The website with its menu of preferences is very helpful too.”

“Contacted office to confirm availability of boat. The staff more than happy to help sort out our booking and get us the boat we required. Hope the weather is as accommodating we are all really looking forward to our trip . Thank you very much Mr & Mrs Stonestreet”
