“Clear pricing on website. Pleasant and polite return call following booking, with lots of helpful information regarding suggested routes, places to eat etc.”

“The booking experience itself was excellent. A lady gave her name and left a very clear message on our answerphone with all appropriate details and repeated the contact number at the end. The call quality was clear. When I called back the phone was answered almost immediately by Nigel and I was taken through the booking process without problems in a very professional manner. Nigel then sent a confirmation email with full details followed by an email with the contract from Anglo Welsh. Don't change the procedure or staff in any way. The only small complaint that I do have is nothing to do with the booking but with the original advert and price on your website which I felt could have been more 'up front' with the costs which had to be clarified by your staff when we booked. .”

“This holiday is to be our first time on a canal boat. We received excellent service from Dawn. We rang her twice- first to answer our queries, and then a second time when we booked it. She was patient, knowledgeable and reassuring- a pleasure to talk to! We can't wait until our holiday!”
