“Having chosen the package that we wanted, I was contacted within half an hour via the phone by a member of the team. my booking was then processed and confirmed, by the helpfull member of staff. very efficient and very easy.”

“From finding the boat on the web site, to booking our holiday was easier than going to a travel agent. The process could not have been easier. The ladies on the telephone were exceptionally helpful & in all a very pleasurable experience.”

“I booked the holiday from Bahrain on the Internet ... Within 15 minutes and 1 phone call I had all the confirmations I needed and had paid the deposit and received loads of helpful links and downloads ... Trudi Hawes was great - No hanging around when she realised I was calling in from Bahrain - Very Efficient & Friendly - Many Thanks ... Hoping the boat and boatyard staff meet same standard”

“Really helpful team of people, this was my first booking so I got advice on all aspects of the holiday including speaking to people that had been on the broads and also used the equipment I was considering, they really did help me make what feels to be an informed decision. I asked for various different options and these request were always met with a real feelings of wanting to help. A really very good, friendly service - I would recommend to others.”

“Friendly, professional help and prompt and complete reactions. Great advantage of one-stop-shopping since they cover almost all boats available. Web-site with pictures of their office and staff gave me more confidence, since you have an idea who you are emailing with or talking to. Also their personal boating experience can prove to be of great help.”
