“The response to my booking was very prompt indeed and i was called back within 30 minutes. It was all very easy and hassle free with helpful friendly staff at the the end of the line! I had no issues what so ever.”

“Looked at various other boating holiday sites but Waterways Holidays was without doubt the most user-friendly. Particularly Liked the filter menu which most other sites did not have. Quick and easy to book online and then a representative, who was very efficient and helpful, called to finalise our booking within half an hour. 10/10. Would definitely use again and recommend the Boating Holidays website to family and friends.”

“I received an excellent service when booking our holiday. The lady on the other end of the phone was friendly and very helpful. This is the first holiday of this kind for our family and we are all looking forward to it in August. I am very satisfied with the way I was dealt with over the phone when booking.”

“Excellant easy to book system, staff all really friendly and useful. Trusted them so much i left without getting my deposit back which they kindly credited back to my card within 24 hours, would definately use these again.”

“I was looking for a particular area so the site was easy to navigate to the suitable places. The information on the routes and stops was also very helpful, I also liked the ease in which I could find a suitable canal boat for our needs, then the ease of checking out each boat was seamless.”

“Booked online but after an hour nobody had contacted me to confirm said booking. So I rang and was reassured that everything was okay and an apology was given for not contacting me. Apparently they were very busy. Very polite and knowledgeable staff member took my call.”
