“Waterways holidays was easy to use & packed full of information. All we needed to choose our break & the lady I spoke to was very friendly & extremely knowledgable. A very good experience. Thank you.”

“Very friendly service. Only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay over the phone, which I always feel a bit dubious about. An online option would be much better. Received a confirmation email quickly though. Overall very good”

“The staff at waterways are very friendly and easy to talk to, they answered all the questions and queries that we had (this being our 1st boating holiday). Would definetally recommend them. Quick and easy booking!!!”

“I spoke to three different staff on different occasions through the booking process and had what can only be described as excellent service on every occasion. Trudi who actually booked the holiday for me went beyond the call of duty to be helpful and ensure I got exactly what I wanted, as it is part of a big birthday celebration. I cant wait to go away now!! Thank you!”

“Dawn who handled my booking on Friday, 24th February (Claverton - from 4 - 7th April from Bradford on Avon base) was most helpful. She took time to explain all the options available based on my specific requirements. i had trolled the internet but was finding it very confusing and even more time-consuming. Dawn was able to home-in on the best options for my family. She didn't rush me, nor was she too persuasive in her manner. Thank you. i will certainly use your booking service again! Denise Dane”
