“Really lovely people to deal with and flexible as to when I could speak to them. Due to my work commitments they extended my provisional booking by 24 hrs allowing me to speak to them on the weekend.....thank you.”

“Simple booking procedure however I do generally prefer instant confirmation when booking/buying online. When contacted to confirm details the agent was very helpful and when I queried parking arrangements offered to check and confirm with boat owners. Overall very happy with the provess”

“Heather was very pleasant and talked me through the booking. She was able to answer most of my questions and was quick to find the answers when she couldn't. The whole process was quick and the confirmation details were promptly send back by email. This is the third time I've booked a holiday with Waterways Holidays and every time the operators are friendly and helpful.”

“Extremely friendly and professional service. The lady I spoke to on the phone could not have been more helpful. I appreciated the way the same person answered the phone (without a delay or a queue) and was able to deal with what I needed without having to pass me to someone else. A much more personable experience than with many companies.”
