“Made the reservation on line and within a few minutes I was called back to complete booking over phone. Very nice person (Heather?) who explained the process and went over all details - even held for a couple of minutes whilst I answered my mobile! Very easy to book, very pleasant telephone manner. Would thoroughly recommend to others.”
