“Contacting the company via the website and then by telephone was easy. The website was full of information and Heather, the member of staff we spoke to on line, was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. She confirmed our requirements, offered advice and wished us a happy holiday. We received our online confirmation almost immediatately and a very detailed pack of information arrived within a few days.”

“It was really good to have such prompt response to our booking with such a friendly human voice. Seems very personalised and seem to be genuinely appreciated as a customer. Additionally the hire company have been quick with response covering various aspects, including a free, downloadable guide to narrowboat boating on canals and rivers. On Google Maps there is also pictures of the direct hireage building. So, very pleased with the whole experience. Just awaiting confirmation that the weather will be glorious!! (Am assuming there is no extra cost for good weather!).”
