“First time I have booked a weekend getaway on a boat and Heather could not have been anymore helpful. She was very friendly had everything covered, explained things and gave me tips I would have never thought of. At no point was there any pressure of any kind just a helpful nice lady doing a great job I look foward to the holiday even more due to my booking experience. Thank you.”

“as a novice in the boating holiday world, I phoned Waterways rather than book through internet as I had a few queries needing explained to us. Our booking was taken by an extremely helpful lady by the name of Heather. No question was too much bother for her and she always gave a clear and concise answer/explanation of any query we had. Really looking forward to our holiday next month, and thanks again for all your help. DMN”
