“Really helpful (where the ice-cream boat hangs out) and knowledgeable (which bits are quieter), lass on the phone, efficient (talked me through website to choose best option boat when preference was gone) and considerate (called back rather than keep me on hold). Lovely telephone manner, clear voice, enthusiastic, cheerful. Deserves a pay raise.”
