“Good website with useful filters and good information to select the best boat for your needs. Good choice of boats. After making a reservation on line during a bank holiday period, the follow up by phone was very prompt on the next working day and made by a very pleasant and helpful young lady, but I am not sure if she was a representative of Horning Ferry Marina or Waterways Holidays but as it's all going well, I don't mind. Similarly I seem to have had 2 lots of booking confirmation sent to me, one from HFM and the other from WH but as the details are the same that's fine! All going well so far, Thanks.”

“Both Nigel (initial contact) and Leslie (confirmed booking) we're knowledgeable, engaging and above all friendly. They made it very easy to complete my booking and Leslie was very helpful, proposing a appropriate route for our weekend break and advising on pubs and restaurants along the route. Hope the rest of this experience goes as smoothly!”

“Website easy to navigate and to use, with full and helpful descriptions of the boats. I had a prompt phone call from the company once I'd sent off the booking form as the boat I'd booked was undergoing repairs and unlikely to be available in time. We were offered an upgrade for the same price.”
