“I was very impressed with the staff at the other end of the phone. As I couldn't make a decision immediately I had to call a few times. Each lady I spoke to was helpful and friendly. A good start! Anna Hales”

“After using the very informative and easy to use website, I received a confirmation of receipt of my booking very quickly. The following day I was contacted to discuss and complete the booking and the people I talked to were very helpful and able to answer my questions regarding the boat and the booking. Many thanks”

“Waterways sent confirmation of request immediately, then phoned first thing Monday morning. Lady very friendly, checked booking etc before asking for deposit/payment. They then sent email confirmation. However, a week later and I've not received any contact from Oxford canals who operate the boat I've hired which doesn't appear encouraging.”
