“Trudy was very friendly and clear when booking, I emailed and it was the same day I received a call to confirm and pay deposit, and be advised of other details of the holiday that were forwarded to me the same day. I am very much looking forward to it!”

“Dawn was very helpful and patient. As first-time sailors we had concerns but she explained everything and put us at our ease. I would recommend using this website and contacting the staff. I shall be delighted if the boat lives up to the promises made.”

“Booking was very easy and efficient. I found the website very clear and easy to see details of boats and availability as well as clear terms and conditions. Having booked out of office hours, I received an immediate confirmation of reservation email and was phoned the next morning to check details and pay deposit. The person I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. Details were obviously passed on to boat company quickly as I then had contact from them directly. All in all, booking was very straightforward with helpful staff. Would use Waterways Holidays again.”

“the booking was organised quite quickly, and confirmation followed also quickly, they explained everything we needed to know, they sent us a link to watch how to perform operations on the boat. we found the staff very friendly and helpful which made us look forward even more to our holiday, very pleased overall.”
