“I have recently booked a summer break with waterways holidays and I was presently surprised with how simple the process was. “We had a bit of a problem booking, because the first three boats we found online were unavailable. But the staff was very accommodating and helpful so all went well in the end. Next time we will make sure that what we book is confirmed before booking our flights. Very much looking forward to our holiday and hoping to be able to do the waterways we choose.”

“We had your website open, and working out generally when we wanted to take our trip. However, we noticed that we were getting a little late in making our arrangements, so we use the phone number and called. Heather was wonderful and helped us through everything. She was very thoughtful as we were a little overwhelmed. We really appreciated her help. And we feel very confident about our coming trip. Thank you all very much. I know we’ll have a wonderful time. By the way, we are from San Diego, California, USA.”
