“Dealt with via phone and email after a bank holiday very efficient . Given different options for holiday . Excellent communications and appropriate info supplied ie. How to get to site , canal and river info re narrow boats . Very happy as most of this done while I was out and about . Nothing too much trouble”

“First time booking a Narrowboat holiday. Booked the boat at 22.00 at night ,at 9.30 the following morning ,a phone call to confirm the booking and everything explained. Boatyard confirmed payment was made Nothing to much trouble,first class service”

“No receipt for my deposit payment and it took a couple of days for the booking to be confirmed and this involved downloading a phone app from ABC. No boat documentation on the app to forward to my friends and the CRT Boating Manual it points to is a generic document that can be downloaded on the net.”

Dear Mr Purdie, Thank you for your review. I have investigated this for you and can see a confirmation email was sent on the 13th April at 10.37am, within 10 minutes of us confirming your booking over the phone. This email contained all your booking details along with the payment confirmation, full address details and directions to the marina and links to help planning for your holiday including the Holiday Guide and Boaters Handbook.
