Trudi was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and knowledgeable with her suggestions. This lead to me altering my plans to a route that was more in line with what I was wanting. Will definitely use Waterways Holiday again!

Simple enough but couldnt find a way to share the potential holiday using a url so had to send images using messenger which was a bit of a faf. You assume that interested parties are in the same location which in my case we were not. Would prefer an online payment process to giving card details to someone over the phone.

At first I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't complete my booking and pay the deposit in one go on online and had to wait for a phone call during office hours. But the call came through at a time when I was able to take it and the lady I spoke to immediately asked if it was a convenient time so I know I could have rearranged if necessary, and it was clearly important to be able to speak to eachother in order to confirm the availability for our request and to give me some vital information as well as take the card payment for the deposit and for me to be able to ask a few questions. Our trip isn't for another 8 months but I already feel very well informed and supported for what will be our first ever boating holiday.

We have used Latelink for all but one sailing. We love the impromptu convenience of searching all boats in one location.

After an initial problem with the steering on the boat we originally ordered, they upgraded us to a better boat. They were very good and friendly throughout, and we would have been under way within 30min. But we decided to stay and have a good look up there.

Good experience. The lady who rang me to confirm the booking was excellent. The website however is tedious - could do with better filters and the facility to bookmark. Twice I lost the boat we'd been looking at (and never found it again)

had an online chat with Trudi first of all who answered the questions I needed to ask with regards to the Boat and booking. I then rang and spoke to Trudi and booked the Burslem Boat for myself and other family members. Trudi was very helpful and she knew exactly what we wanted and had the experience to answer any questions we asked as we are novices .

We live in NZ so booking a trip in English pounds was a bit daunting. However, the team at Waterways answered all our questions from can we store our suitcases as travelling around Europe to access to teatowels, towels and dishcloths. We have now paid half of the cost and look forward to travelling to England and experiencing the English way of life on a canal boat.
