“Booked online. I think the website could flbe tweaked to be able to input dize of boat required. Booked boat was emailed and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. Very happy”

“My online booking was followed up in under an hour with a phonecall to confirm details and sort out payment. The person I sppoke to was very helpful. I had previously phone Waterways holidays to check details of the canals we were considering and the person I spoke to on that occasion was also very helpful and knowledgable about the different canals and routes.”

“After an initial problem with the steering on the boat we originally ordered, they upgraded us to a better boat. They were very good and friendly throughout, and we would have been under way within 30min. But we decided to stay and have a good look up there.”
