“No receipt for my deposit payment and it took a couple of days for the booking to be confirmed and this involved downloading a phone app from ABC. No boat documentation on the app to forward to my friends and the CRT Boating Manual it points to is a generic document that can be downloaded on the net.”

Dear Mr Purdie, Thank you for your review. I have investigated this for you and can see a confirmation email was sent on the 13th April at 10.37am, within 10 minutes of us confirming your booking over the phone. This email contained all your booking details along with the payment confirmation, full address details and directions to the marina and links to help planning for your holiday including the Holiday Guide and Boaters Handbook. “I have recently booked a summer break with waterways holidays and I was presently surprised with how simple the process was. “We had a bit of a problem booking, because the first three boats we found online were unavailable. But the staff was very accommodating and helpful so all went well in the end. Next time we will make sure that what we book is confirmed before booking our flights. Very much looking forward to our holiday and hoping to be able to do the waterways we choose.”
